Hey! I’m Heidi! About 10 years ago I was working in a job I didn’t love, and craving a change. I loved the idea of working in Interiors. I had a young family, and wanted work flexibility so the idea of working for myself really appealed too.
I had thought about studying interior design, but I was more interested in the decorating side of things. There was nothing around to show me how to go about starting my own business. I researched, struggled, and made plenty of mistakes along the way to building my own successful interior decorating business.
I began with styling homes for sale by hiring the furniture from fabulous suppliers. This meant I could improve my skills quickly, get some beautiful photography of my work and great Google reviews from my clients. It fast-tracked my confidence and credibility in the industry to the point that I was asked to style for TV with one of Australia’s most famous interior designers. I was getting requests to style my clients new homes to live in so I switched focus to interior decorating and LOVE it! My husband jokes that I will never retire. He may be right!

One on one email support with Heidi and her team to answer any questions you may have. There are also group Zoom calls approximately fortnightly when you can get your questions answered. And finally there is a community group on the course platform where you can communicate with other students in the course to chat about how you are doing.
